Classical Pilates
Joseph Pilates developed his method, which he called Contrology, to equally develop the mind, body, and spirit, blending elements of both eastern and western fitness traditions.
With seven guiding principles—breathing, centering, control, concentration, precision, alignment, and flowing movement—Pilates offers a transformative, full-body workout. It enhances strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
At CORE, we offer authentic Pilates, with over 500 exercises on spring-based apparatus and mat work. Our comprehensively trained instructors use all of the traditional Pilates equipment systematically to ensure you get the full experience, customizing workouts to suit your needs and fitness level.
Unlike big chains that offer Pilates-inspired group fitness classes on up to 12 (!!) reformers at once, our teaching approach is focused on helping you the development of fundamental movement skills that make up the Pilates method.
We offer both private lessons across the full suite of traditional Pilates equipment and semi-private group equipment classes on the Reformer and Tower. Ready to get started? Check out our Introductory Packages and book your first visit today!
