Classical Pilates, The GYROTONIC® Method, and Redcord Suspension

Our private lessons provide personalized, one-on-one instruction tailored to your unique goals, whether you're focused on injury recovery, strength building, or refining your technique.

Your certified instructor will tailor each of your sessions to your fitness level and body's needs, so you leave each session feeling better than you did when you arrived.

Private lessons allow for in-depth feedback and hands-on adjustments, giving you the attention and guidance needed to progress confidently. This format can also prepare you for group classes.

Semi Privates

Small Group Equipment Classes: Pilates and The Gyrotonic Method

More than just group fitness on a Reformer (or something inspired by a Reformer), our Semi Private Lessons are group Pilates or Gyrotonic equipment classes. This format offers the perfect balance of personalized instruction and the energy of a small group setting.

Our Pilates semis use the Reformer, Tower and Wunda Chair. Our Gyrotonic semis use the Pulley Tower.

In both types of semis, you'll get a full-body workout that strengthens, tones, and improves flexibility. Semis are ideal for those who thrive in a community setting, seeking both challenge and camaraderie as they work toward their fitness goals.

Virtual Studio

Live Streamed and On-Demand Classes and Homework

CORE’s virtual studio, designed to supplement your in-studio sessions, lets you practice from anywhere.

Whether you’re looking to stay consistent while traveling or prefer the convenience of at-home workouts, our virtual classes keep you connected to your Pilates or Gyrotonic routine.

You’ll find a variety of formats, from 5-10 minute self care exercises to full-length Pilates Mat and GYROKINESIS® classes. The virtual studio supporting mobility, strength, and balance. The virtual studio makes it easy to stay engaged with your practice on your schedule.
